Contest void where prohibited. Contest entrants must be a legal resident of the United States. By entering the contest, entrant affirms they are legally permitted to do so. Only one entrance per person is permitted. There is no cost to enter. There shall be one prize given per entry period, awarded per contest rules. The odds of winning will vary with the number of entrants. After each contest ends, Sports Nerds LLC will attempt to contact the contest winner using contact information provided by the entrant, including email information, to contact the user. In the case of a tie, the winner may be selected by random means to be determined by Sports Nerds LLC, such as by drawing. If the winner does not respond within 14 calendar days, the winner may be disqualified and another winner may be selected by means determined by Sports Nerds LLC at their discretion. Sports Nerds LLC assumes no liability for errors in contacting the entrant, and it is the entrant's responsibility to ensure contact information is valid. The contest may be modified or cancelled at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulty, contest manipulation, or data irregularities. Scoring will be tabulated at Sports Nerds LLC' discretion, and may be modified at their discretion. No prize will be (re)awarded due to data error or recalculation. Sports Nerds LLC reserves the right to disqualify entrants for any reason and at their sole discretion, including if an entrant is deemed to be manipulating entries or entering duplicate entries. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted. All taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event that the awarding of any prizes to winners of the Contest is challenged by any legal authority, Sports Nerds LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine whether or not to award or adjust such prizes. In all disputes arising out of the determination of the winner of the contest, Sports Nerds LLC is the sole judge and its actions are final and binding. All data entered into the website, and all content of the website, are the sole intellectual property of Sports Nerds LLC. Sports Nerds LLC will not be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of any winners’ acceptance, use or misuse or failure to use any prize, or element thereof. Returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or un-awarded prizes, or any element thereof will not be (re)awarded. Sports Nerds LLC shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all action and/or require further information as is reasonable to protect itself, or any others, against fraudulent or invalid claims, potential public scandal, ridicule, or disrepute in awarding any prize to any winner. All provisions herein are independently enforceable and severable, such as in the event of invalidity under law.
